1. Booking General
Making a Reservation
To book a room online, you have to provide your full name, period of stay and number of staying persons. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who will be staying at the hotel.
Upon check-in, you have to present your Government-issued photo ID or passport to confirm your identity.
2. Pricing
The total price of your stay, the rules for payment and cancellation depend on your chosen room type, rate plan and other factors. All prices and terms will be clearly shown to you before you complete your booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is officially confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us with a confirmation number. This email will list all the details of your booking.
4. Prices
The prices are inclusive of room charge and all applicable taxes.
5. Payment
Payment Options
Pay the full amount at the time of booking with your credit card, your booking will result in non-refundable while you can get 5% discount on your chosen room rate.
6. Cancellation policy
If you choose Prepaid payment online, your booking is non-refundable which obtains 5% discount on room charge. If you cancel your booking or do not show upon your arrival date, no refund will be issued. The full prepaid amount will be forfeited. Your room will be held for the entire duration of your paid booking period.
If you choose to pay at Check-in, your booking will be held till 3 pm on arrival date only after that room will be automatically released without notice. To guarantee a late arrival, you have to contact the hotel directly.
7. Amendment
If the booking confirmation has already been issued, please directly contact our Reservation team at TH@easyplanethotels.com for any required amendments.
8. Easy Planet Member discount
Registered Easy Planet Member who book a room through our official channel get exclusive discounts.
- Exclusive Member Discount
All members receive a 10% discount on the room charge when booking directly through Easyplanethotels website.
- Birthday Month Member Discount
Members booking during their birthday month receive a 20% discount on room charge when booking directly through Easyplanethotels website. This special discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Your Identification card or Passport is required upon check-in.
9. Pet Policy
Pets are prohibited in any area of the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas.
